Many McDonald’s restaurants have a similar look as part of their brand. However, some stores can choose the “classic” look of this project. Only a select few are given the opportunity for a classic look and we have been fortunate to build a couple of these over the years.

The modern design of this new McDonald’s restaurant includes several of the options that are available to franchisees. This store has what is now a fairly standard double drive through, but this build also includes a third drive-up window for late night operations, allowing the staff to remain indoors for food delivery if a special order takes longer.

The original building was torn down and a new building was constructed. The modern design offers many upgraded features including McDonald’s newly evolving kiosks and table service.

The construction of this brand new Chili’s restaurant from the ground up also included all site work and utility work. While franchise restaurants do look very similar to one another, each one has a few options that the owner can choose from. This Chili’s has the optional red stucco above the window awnings along with dark metal accents.

This new restaurant project for Chili’s included all site work and improvements and incorporated more standard design elements along with standard exterior colors. However, it did include options of varying the size of the bar to the number of seats within the restaurant from the more standard design.

The remodel and refresh of this Taco Bell’s exterior and interior was completed over a quick eight week schedule. The store only closed operation for one week during the work. Changes included minor modifications of the site for the drive-through.
