Health/Wellness Projects
Children’s Dental Center
Pushing the envelope of both design and energy efficient construction made this project a unique one. The design included passive solar construction and clear story windows for daylighting, but rooflines also allowed for solar photovoltaic panels for part of the facility’s electrical use. This project also included geothermal heating via wells and pumps on site. All of this resulted in a “green” building with a low carbon footprint.
Frank Fischer Senior Center
Addition to and renovation of an existing fire and EMS building into a public senior center and community meeting space. With the clock tower addition and the installation of several large windows, this building no longer looks like the emergency vehicle garage that it initially was.
Dental Health Associates, East
The remodel of this clinic, including the front addition for reception and patient waiting, was completed while the clinic stayed in operation. Special care was required to manage customer needs while still allowing for progress of the remodel. The design/build addition added a two-story reception area for patient waiting.
Dental Health Associates, South
This project was a design/build for Dental Health Associates. This three story build has over 24,000 square feet of office, lab, and clinic space. The building has specialized areas for general dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, and periodontics as well as administrative areas for insurance and accounting.
