Remodel/Tenant Improvement Projects

This design/build tenant improvement in a multi-story building in Madison was for the new headquarters for the Wisconsin Builders Association. This project included the latest in LED DELighting along with lighting control based on the occupied use of the office. It also entailed scheduled use of the elevators to complete the space, with the goal of no disruptions for the building’s other tenants

The owner’s request for this design/build office suite was to provide a refined finished space with an industrial feel. We completed this with the use of a black acoustical ceiling, natural finish materials and industrial furnishings.

This design/build office suite build-out incorporated the tenants’ request to provide natural daylight to each interior room. This was accomplished through the use of custom glass transoms with matching wood trim detailing.
