This building was constructed to support the youth athletic complex. With separate storage areas for grounds maintenance equipment, softball equipment, and football equipment. Also, included are exterior storage bunkers for storage of bulk quantities of topsoil, fertilizers, and infield aggregate material.

This 1,000-ton salt storage building more than triples the Village of DeForest’s storage capacity of winter road salt. Through an open design-build process the Village was able to upgrade from an all-wood building structure to this concrete structure for no additional cost. This upgrade will provide many years of additional maintenance-free usability

With an expanding service area, the Village of DeForest was in need of new space for its Public Works fleet of vehicles. Along with interior heated storage, the building includes restroom facilities, trench drains, exterior covered storage, and exterior open yard space.

This cold storage building was constructed for the Village of Shorewood Hills Police Department and Public Works Department. Features include a clear span structure, secure lock-up space, mezzanine for added storage, and floor trench drain, along with a CO2 detection system.

McKee Associates has completed two projects for L’eft Bank Wine. The first was the design/build of this custom steel building which included climate control (of both temperature and humidity) for the warehousing of their wine inventory, as well as the office space necessary for the operations of the business. The second project was an addition to the climate controlled warehouse space as well as a relocation of loading dock to the new addition.
